Social media key rules

Don’t just use social media for the sake of it. Have clear objectives in mind.

Match your brand to your platform.

Review constantly. Social media is immediate, and requires constant management.

Track your activity. There are plenty of free online monitoring tools available.

Be subtle. Brand invasions will be at best, ignored – and at worst, publicly shunned.

Technology changes daily - but beware of passing fads.
